We welcome you to our spacious and cozy Grigna Apartment on the ground floor.
Equipped with a comfortable double bed, sofa, dining table, kitchen, and a spacious private bathroom, this apartment is designed to offer you comfortable and relaxing evenings.
We would like to inform you that the minimum stay at our property is at least two nights.
We wish to emphasize that no additional costs are required. However, we would like to inform you that the Municipality of Lecco charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per night, per person. This tax, known as the "tourist tax," is a fee imposed by the Municipality on every tourist.
It is important to note that this tax will be fully paid by us, the hosts, to the Municipality.
Upon your arrival, we will be happy to collect this tax, and we accept both card and cash payments.
Please understand that, for safety reasons, we cannot extend our invitation to guests under the age of twelve.
Additionally, we are unable to accommodate pets.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Regarding check-in and check-out times, we would like to inform you that check-in will be available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, while check-out is expected by 10:00 AM.
We understand that there may be exceptional situations or special requests, and we want to ensure your utmost comfort. Therefore, we encourage you not to hesitate to contact us if you need any adjustments or have specific requests.
